It’s always such a pleasure to find that some of my work has been featured in the news, and my most recent coverage is no exception.
I’ve really been so incredibly lucky to have been featured so often in the press and it’s not something I ever take for granted.
I am very fortunate to work with a press agent who totally understands my business and is very respectful of what I do and the families I work with, and this trust makes it so much easier. He’s extended me great kindness, and I will be grateful to him always for opening doors and giving me the opportunities he has. Plus, he’s made my lovely Dad very happy and proud who now thinks I am David Bailey
A little summary of Bumps, Babes and Beyond mentions in the last couple of months….
Since November when I last blogged about my media mentions (here), I was selected as ‘Photographer of the Week’ by Online Photographer Magazine BP4U which was such an honour, and I really loved the images they selected to use for the article. I felt they were very representative of my work and it was wonderful to see them showcased in that way. You can find the article here: http://www.bp4ublog.com/editors-choice/london-photographer-of-the-week-bumps-babes-beyond/
I was also interviewed by the incredibly popular ‘Digital Photographer’ Magazine, for an article about setting up as a newborn photographer in their February 2015 edition.
Most recently in March 2015, the Mirror Newspaper Published an online article featuring ‘Spring Smiles’. Nothing beats a little smile captured on camera when babies are this young, and every time I’m able to catch one the grin is infectious!
I once read that there were two types of people in this world – those that see a smiling newborn as having gas, and those that just enjoy the moment. I’m proud to be in the latter camp!
You can see the Mirror article here.
The Daily Mail also picked up the story and used it, along with a very frightening mugshot of yours truly!! You can find their version here.
It’s also in today’s print edition of the Daily Express on page 15.
